– Now switch on the BoDUM
so hold the BoDUM
down lightly on the mill.
– Switch off the BoDUM
desired fineness has been attained.
– CAUTIoN! Never remove the BISTRo hand blender before
it is switched off.
– Remove the BISTRo hand blender from the mill and
unplug the BISTRo hand blender from the power socket.
– open the lid and remove the blade before emptying the
mill. you can remove the milled product with the aid of a
spatula.
– CAUTIoN! Never open the lid when the blade is still turn-
ing. The rotating shape blade can cause serious injuries.
– Do not grind hard substances such as nutmegs, fruit
stones or nut shells.

– Use the stand in order to keep your BoDUM

– The stand can either be left free-standing on the worktop
or wall-mounted with the dowels and screws supplied.
– Place the BoDUM
support (7).
– Keep the detachable blade in the blade retainer (6) on
the stand base.
– Do not place or mount the stand on or in close proximity
to a gas or electric hob.
cLeanIng
– Wash the stand, container, lid and milling blade with
hot water. you can use a mild cleaning agent. Never use
corrosive cleaning agents. Any other servicing should be
performed by an authorized service representative.
