Slow Down Brake - Model 4950
Caution: Only an authorized service agent
should install a slow-down brake.
Using a 5mm Allen Key, remove the axle bolt and
then slide out the wheel.
Position the slow-down brake so that the moun-
ting holes line up with the top hole of the rear
plastic fork. Install with screws provided, taking
care not to strip the screws.
Ensure that the bracket faces up as shown when
positioning the wheel.
Slide the wheel into the plastic fork. Hold in
position by reinserting the axle bolt through the
bottom holes of the plastic fork and the hole in
the wheel.

Tighten the bolt with the nut. The bolt should
be completely through the nut (must be tight).
Caution: Do not use if bolt is not secure or
wheel wobbles!
