It is imperative that the equipment is supplied via an isolating device and a circuit-breaking device (power contactor) which can be
controlled by an external safety system (emergency stop, fault detector).
The BGF unit is fitted with safety devices which, in the event of a fault, control stopping. Voltage fluctuations and power cuts may also
cause the unit to stop.
The removal of the causes of the shutdown can lead to restarting, which may be dangerous for certain machines or installations. In
such cases, it is essential that the user takes appropriate precautions against the unit powering up again after an unscheduled stop.
The BGF unit is a component designed to be integrated in an installation or an electrical machine. It is the responsibility of the user to
take all necessary precautions to ensure that the system complies with current standards.

Altrad Belle manufacture Frequency and Voltage Converters to provide required Frequency and Voltage for the treatment of the
vibration of concrete by means of internal vibrators of high frequency (high frequency vibrating pokers).
The Converter is formed by a mono phase engine, which can be connected to a 230V voltage, and a Frequency of 50Hz. The converter
because of two reasons, provides these values aof voltage and frequency.
a) A voltage of 42V doesn't imply any danger to the operators life (security low voltage)
b) By means of the use of the high frequency of work (200 Hz), an excitation is generated on concrete that compacts it.
