• The Petromax bl1540 LED Lamp and the supplied
parts are no toys. Keep them away from children and
animals.
• Elements of the packaging can become dangerous toys
for children. You must dispose of them properly.
• Protect the bl1540 from humidity, rain and other
liquids. If humidity reaches the LED lamp or the power
supply unit, they could stop working. Never charge the
lamp in the bathroom, in humid rooms or outdoors.
• Protect the lamp and its power supply unit from
sources of heat like fire, heat or direct sunlight. These
external factors can lead to overheating or malfunc-
tion of the lamp.
• Always keep the Petromax bl1540 and the power
supply unit in a clean, dry place, and avoid any contact
with oil and lubricants.
• Never look on purpose into the light of the LED lamp
and never direct it towards the eyes of other persons.
Looking directly into the light of the lamp can dazzle.
• After a few hours of use or during the recharge, the
bl1540 can become warm. When it is recharging or
