Positioning the sanding head:
There are two positions adjustable for the sanding head:
one for walls and one for ceilings.
These adjustments allow a more ideal range of motion for
the different angles involved.
For the position for ceilings (position A in the figure), the
pivot is attached to the very end of the fork.
For the position for walls and other surfaces (position B in
the figure), the pivot is attached to the centre position of
the fork.
To adjust the device, pull the two spring-loaded catches
outwards, slide the pivot to the new position, and allow the
catches to snap into place.
Failure to observe the correct setting can cause
damage to the front drive shaft. Any damage
produced as a result is excluded from warranty.
Assembling the handle (optional):
1 Loosen the two thumb screws (05) and remove the
clamp cap (04).
2. Place the handle in the desired position.
3. Clamp the handle in place by replacing the clamp cap
and tightening the two thumb screws.
