4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

4.1. Intended use

The internal unit 10-506 is an intercom to communicate in analogue intercom systems 3+n to 6+n of different manufacturers
in old installations or to be used when an intercom is installed in a later phase. The signal transmission is via the already present cables. The current is supplied
via the already placed power supply devices.
The internal unit 10-506 is suitable as a surface-mounting device on top of a flush-mounting box.
The producer is not liable for applications other than the ones foreseen or applications which exceed the intended use.

4.2. Short description

• Door opener key, 2 A, 24 V AC / DC
• Function key, 2 A, 24 V AC/ DC: potential-free contact for extra functions of your choice (e.g. switch on light)
• Suitable for installations with common (+) conductor or common (-) conductor
• Jumpers J1 to adjust the polarity of the microphone
• Jumper J2 to disconnect alternating and direct current (terminals C1 and C2)
• Bell input, 8 - 15 VAC
• AC audio input with low impedance for external ringtone generator
• Ringtone volume adjustable via slide switch, 3 positions:
- minimum
- maximum
- OFF.
• Volume for microphone, receiver speaker and microphone impedance can separately be set continuously by a qualified electrician
• Cord with receiver and data sheet
• Underframe with connected screw terminal, can be set beforehand
• Housing made of anti-static and recyclable plastic
