6 - PROPER USE OF THE APPLIANCE
The appliance is to be mounted exclusively on the vacuum cleaners produced by Sistem Air and in
particular only on the following models:
• Tecno Star Dual Power
• Revo Block Professional (complete range)
• Industrial Clean (all models)
The purpose of the self-cleaning system is to clean in an automatic way the fi lter contained in the
vacuum unit.
This cleaning is carried out thanks to the transit inside the fi lter of a quantity of pressurized air,
released by the self-cleaning system through the apposite piping.
This air was previously compressed through an electric compressor and stored inside a tank with
capacity of 6 litres.
The tank is equipped with a pressure switch for calibration and measurement of internal pressure (3,5 bar)
and with a safety valve measuring the maximal acceptable pressure level.
The management of compressor activation in order to fi ll the tank depends on the frequency of
cleaning and is controlled by the electronic board assembled directly on the vacuum cleaner, which the
AUTOCLEANER is connected to through a cable with multipolar connector.
The above mentioned connecting cable conducts both electrical supply and the activation signal.

7 - UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE VACUUM CLEANER

It is extremely important NOT to use the system in the following circumstances which are conside-
red to be inappropriate and dangerous:
The system has not been designed to be used in environments with risk of explosion, and there-
fore:
• it is forbidden to use the self-cleaning system in explosive atmosphere or outside the standard tempera-
ture, pressure and humidity levels.
Any use of the appliance other than those specifi ed above is forbidden.
Any change or modifi cation made to the self-cleaning system (or to any of its components) is
strictly forbidden.
The use of AUTOCLEANER for purposes other than those for which it was manufactured,
represents an irregular condition which can cause damage to the product and seriously
compromise the operator's safety.
