carried out with formaldehyde or ethyleneoxid. The containers are

5.1 General

The HEBUmedical container is made of aluminum alloy with an anodised oxide surface which
prevents corrosion. They guarantee, due to their high thermal conductivity, an optimal drying
phase.
Abrasive cleaners, metal brushes or abrasive cleaning pads can cause permanent damage
to the container surface and therefore must not be used. Warranty exclusions will be the
result in case these instructions are not followed.
The product and accessories must be used only by qualified or trained and
experienced personnel, in order to prevent damage to the containers, closing devices,
seals and sterile filters.
All HEBU-containers can be stacked, whereby space end storage problems are solved.
The sterilisation containers are also available with coloured lids. Allocation to various medical
disciplines and specialist departments can thus be simplified using different colours.
The steam can circulate optimally by the perforated filter compartment in the lid. Moreover,
the filter compartment is protected optimally against any impact by the robust protective
cover. An optimal and barrier-free steam sterilization is still guaranteed.

A silicon seal in the rim of the Iid guarantees complete leak-proof closure during and after
sterilization.
The filter holder, with an integrated silicon seal, ensures solid end firm positioning of the filter
(germ sealed). The safety catch of the filter holder allows the filter to be quickly and easily
changed.
