ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

Tools for assembly:
1. Install the tub with support (the Ravak legs) in accordance with the general assembly instructions.
- Height of the top area of the tub is 610 ± 10 mm.
- Without filling the tub to the walls, without installation of the tub curtain (if in project).
- If the connection of the pipework is solid, disconnect the screwing on the siphon.
2. As per the type and dimension of the tub select the needed parts from the supply.

3. Connect the individual parts of the carrier outside the tub by means of the dovetail joint and put the
carrier to the front edge of the tub. As to the settlement of the tub take the measurement of the necessary
length of the sideway module „K" and of the face module „D" and cut the oblique joint off at the wall.
4. Lift the whole front edge of the tub by ca 20 mm and insert the assembled carrier into the underneath of
the tub flap. Put the tub back on its legs. If there are wooden blocks inside the flap, remove them carefully
first, or cut the polystyrene out in the place of the block. If the tub is to be tilled with the modules from
4 sides, first of all put all the parts together and insert the tub with legs in.
5. Insert the attached polystyrene wedges under the carrier so to be the gap there between the floor and
the carrier at 5 - 10 mm. Level the module out for the top area so to be evenly protruding from under the
edge of the tub at (ca 50 mm), but the face areas to be vertical. Under the cut-off there must be the place
for gluing the horizontal tiles.
6. Fill the gaps under the module with the low-foam polyurethane foam, around the walls and under the
flap of the tub (e.g. the SOUDAL „Installation foam" product with the low expandability). So to prevent
dirtiness from the foam do paste the paper cover tape along the top area of the tub. After the hardening cut
the excessive foam off.
7. Cut the installation opening in the polystyrene in the place of the outfall in accordance with the
dimensions of the future tilling. Complete the connection of the pipework under the tub and cover the
opening.
8. Seal the gaps between the tub and the tilling of walls with the silicone filler.
9. After the hardening of the foam perform the tilling onto the polystyrene carrier. As per the type of tilling it
is possible to recommend either the gluing with the RAVAK silicone filler or with the glue for the tiles (e.g.
the SOUDAL product „Glue for the tiles 24 A"). Before it is good to roughen the smooth surfaces, or to
penetrate the footing into the surface with the metal knife.
Disposal of the packing material and the product after the termination of the lifetime:
The usable compounds of the pack, e.g. cartoon, cardboard or PE foil do utilize by you or offer it for the
use or for the recycling. The non-usable compounds of the pack and the product after ending its lifetime it
is necessary to destroy the safe way under the valid law on waste. After the ending of the product lifetime
do offer the compounds for another use and for recycling the way common in place.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the price, technical parameters or other facts without
Meter, water level, pencil, knife, low-foam polyurethane foam,
cover paper tape, saw, and the silicone filler.
