Check backflow sensor

Remove the cover plate.

Release the control unit and pull it
forwards.

Pull out the control unit.

Short-circuit the two metal brackets on
the rear side of the control unit using a
conducting object.
Result
The buzzer sounds to indicate a
backflow.

Use the <Test> button to suppress the
buzzer. Reset the "Backflow" error
message with the KEMPER HS2 app in
the <Messages> menu.

Check backflow sensor for limescale
formation. If necessary clean with
descaling agent.
The surface of the metal bracket
is gold plated.
Do not clean with abrasive tools
or tools that will scratch.

Insert the control unit in the holder.

Push back the control unit till it clicks
audibly into plac e.

Replace the cover plate.
