Operation
Switch on the appliance on the rotary knob
Set power stage on the rotary knob
Control behaviour
The power mode corresponds with a manual control. The power can be
steplessly set with the rotary knob. The display shows 10 power stages (1
to 8, power stages P9 and P10). The temperature is not controlled
automatically.
Turn rotary switch to the SLC position. Display shows "SLC". If the pan is
moved to the centre of the cooking zone, the power increases. Moving the
pan out of the centre reduces the power. In SLC mode, the display shows
the actual power of the coil in kW respectively.
Operation
Switch on the appliance on the rotary knob. The power display appears.
Pressing activates PushHold mode. The letters "HOL" appear on the
display. Pressing again takes you back to the power mode.
The hold function only works if the pan is positioned at the centre of a star.
Control behaviour
The current pan temperature is fixed. The PushHold function covers a
range from 30°C to 180°C.
Operation
Switch on the appliance on the rotary knob. The power display appears.
Pressing activates PushHold mode. The letters "HOL" appear on the
display. You can subsequently set the desired temperature by pressing the
rotary knob. Pressing again takes you back to the power mode.
The hold function only works if the pan is positioned at the centre of a star.
Control behaviour
The pan contents are heated to the set temperature between 30° and 95°
and held here. The control accuracy is dependent on the pan. Pans with a
flat bottom have an advantageous effect on the temperature control.
