Troubleshooting

Problem
Not working at all
No sound.
Sound to surround speakers too quiet.
The wireless connection is disrupted.
The TV set does not recognise the transmitter
module while making the link (from chassis
L710 onwards).

Possible Cause
Mains cable of receiver not plugged in.
Faulty connections of input or output cables.
The volume is set at minimum.
The sound is set to mute.
Other devices in the vicinity are using the same
frequency range.
The TV set had not been switched off completely.

Standby.
No receiver module found.
Unit is in service mode.
Unit not in linked mode.
Transmitter on; RF connection made.
RF connection disrupted.
Transmitter module in connection mode.
Standby.
No transmitter module found.
Unit is in service mode.
Unit not in linked mode.
RF connection made.
RF connection disrupted.
Link-up successful.
Remedy
Plug the mains cable firmly into a 0-40V 50 Hz socket.
Connect the cables properly (page 3-6). If the problem
persists, it is possible that the cables are faulty.
Turn up the volume.
or V + on the remote control to activate audio output
Press
again and then adjust the volume.
Adjust the input sensitivity (page 8).
If possible, change the channels currently set for other WiFi
devices in the vicinity.
Turn the devices in different directions to
reduce interference to a minimum.
Switch off other devices that may cause interference.
Switch the TV set off and on again using the mains switch.
