Model with LCD display and temperature control

SWITCH-ON
• Connect the power plug 6 to the mains socket in accordance with the safety war-
nings described previously.
• Press the button 2.
The plate 1 takes about 3 seconds to switch on; the LCD display 3 then lights up in red
and the temperature is displayed.
SELECTING THE TEMPERATURE
The hair straightener is preset to 200°C.
Select the desired temperature by pressing the 4 (increase) and 5 (decrease) buttons.
The LCD display 3 lights up red and the track bar flashes.
Once the set temperature is reached, the LCD display 3 lights up blue and the track
bar will remain fixed.
Attention: if you have been using the straightener for a few minutes and you
wish to select a lower temperature, it will take a minute or so to cool down and
reach the new set temperature.
TYPE OF HAIR
Fine or treated hair - Fragile
Normal hair - Easy-to-treat
Thick and heavy hair - Thick
STRAIGHTENING
Use according to the type of hair as described in the table above.
Refer to the „Straightening tips" when you wish to straighten the hair.

Standby mode

For added safety, the straightener will switch-off automatically if it is not used
for 20 minutes even though it is connected to the mains.
SWITCH-OFF
• Press the button 2. The straightener 1 takes about 3 seconds to switch off.
• Do not pull the cord or the appliance to disconnect the power cord 6 from the
mains socket. Place it in a safe place and wait as long as is necessary for the
straightener to cool completely.
• Take care not to wind the power cord around the straightener when storing it.
