- Page 4 Note: If State or Province law requires use of a front license plate, remove solid flap from center of front end cover. Using a pair of scissors and work- ing from the back side of the mask, cut the RED stitching (thread) along all sides that are holding flap to mask.

- Page 6 Note: If there is any difficulty placing any of the hooks, loosen the fasteners that hold the two panels together using a 7mm socket and then re-tighten carefully after the hooks are placed.
