8. Installation
Vérifier que les indications de marquage sont
compatibles avec les conditions admissibles pour
la zone Ex du site d'utilisation (Groupe II :
Industries de surface ou Groupe I : Industries
minières - Catégorie 2 : haut niveau de protection -
G : Gaz / D : Poussières - IPxx : degré de
protection (étanchéité aux solides et aux liquides)
Avant l'installation et la mise en service, s'assurer
que l'enveloppe Ex db et Ex tb
o
n'est pas endommagée extérieurement
o
que les surfaces du couvercle en contact avec
celles du boîtier ne sont pas endommagées
Le raccordement des conducteurs doit être
effectué avec un soin particulier et raccorder les
bornes de masses internes et externes.
L'isolation doit arriver jusqu'à la borne de
raccordement. L'âme conductrice ne doit pas être
endommagée lors du dénudage
Pour ne pas dépasser la température maximale
autorisée, il convient de bien choisir les câbles
ainsi que leur cheminement
Observer les indications qui figurent dans les
caractéristiques techniques.
L'entrée de câble doit être compatible avec les
propriétés spécifiques du boîtier antidéflagrant,
comme indiqué dans la CEI / EN 60079-1 ou de la
poussière enveloppe comme indiqué dans la CEI /
EN 60079-31, avec un degré minimum de
protection IP66.
La connexion aux circuits externes doit être réalisé
par des presse-étoupes couverts par un certificat
IECEx et / ou ATEX et en particulier,
conformément à l'article 10.4.2 de la CEI / EN
60079-14.
Si un presse-étoupe ne sert pas l'entrée doit être
fermée par un bouchon d'arrêt couvert par un
certificat IECEx et / ou ATEX.
9. Mise en service
Assurez-vous que l'appareil a été installé
correctement et ne soit pas endommagé
Vérifiez que le raccordement et le serrage des vis
ont été effectués correctement (voir tableau §6.5
couple de serrage)
Vérifiez que l'équipement ne comporte aucun corps
étranger et qu'aucune pièce ne soit endommagée
Serrez les presse-étoupes (voir descriptif du presse
étoupe couple de serrage)

Installation
Check if the data on the label of the enclosure are
consistent with the permitted conditions for the
explosive atmosphere of use in Group II (surface
industries) or Group I (Mining industries), Category
2 ( high level of protection), G for Gas, D for Dusts
and IPxx rating (waterproofness for solids and
liquids)
Before installing and commissioning, ensure that
the Ex db or Ex tb enclosure:
o Is not damaged externally
o The surfaces of the lid which are in contact with
the surfaces of the housing have no damage
The wiring of the cable conductors must be made
with a particular care and connect internal and
external earth terminals.
The conductor insulation must reach the terminal.
The conductive soul must not be damaged
Not to exceed the authorized maximal
temperature, it is advisable to choose the
appropriate cables and take a particular care in
installing them
Follow the instructions contained in the
specifications
The cable entry must be made in order not to alter
the specific properties of the explosion proof
enclosure, as indicated in the IEC/EN 60079-1 or
dust enclosure as indicated in the IEC/EN 60079-
31, with a minimum degree of protection IP66.
The connection to the external circuits must be
realized by cable glands covered by an IECEx
and/or ATEX certificate and in particular in
accordance with item 10.4.2 of IEC/EN 60079-14.
If a cable gland is not used the entry must be
closed by a stopping plug covered by an IECEx
and/or ATEX certificate.
Before starting
Make sure the unit has been correctly settled and
not damaged
Make sure the wiring and the tightening of the
terminal screws have been performed properly (see
table §6.5 Tightening torque)
The device may include any foreign body and no
part is damaged
The cable gland must be tightened (see description
of the gland torque).
