Thank you for choosing Gentner's
ClearOne™ Conference Phone-the
only conference phone available with
Express Conference™ (available in U.S.
and Canada only).
The exclusive Express Conference
button from Gentner makes
conferencing effortless and convenient.
Simply take the ClearOne out of the
box, connect it, and register. After
registering, all you need to do to
become connected to Gentner's premier
conferencing service is get an outside
line and simply push the Express
Conference (Shift) button for 3 seconds.
You'll be instantly linked to Gentner's
friendly conference call operators who
do the rest. Conference calling has
never been so easy!
Your new ClearOne also incorporates
VTM™-the technology that allows for
360 degree dynamic audio pickup. The
illuminating LEDs track the direction
of your voice, letting you know you're
being heard at the distant location.
This user's guide outlines the
installation and use of your ClearOne.

Unpacking

As you unpack your ClearOne, verify
that you have received the following
parts.
• ClearOne base unit
• ClearOne power supply with attached
cables:
- 3-foot power cord
- 6-foot telephone cord with an
RJ11 (4 pin) connector
- 25-foot base unit cable with an
RJ45 (8 pin) connector
• 3-foot computer sound card
connector cable. One end has a single
mini stereo plug and the other end has
two mini stereo plugs
• ClearOne User's Guide with
warranty and product registration card

during shipment. You must make claims directly with the carrier. Inspect your shipment
carefully for obvious signs of damage. If the shipment appears damaged, retain the
original boxes and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Contact your carrier
