Replacing the lamp
1. Disconnect the mains plug from the
mains socket.
2. Remove the screw from the lamp cover.
3. Remove the lamp cover (refer to the illus-
tration).
4. Replace the used lamp with a new lamp
of the same power (the maximum power
is shown on the lamp cover).
5. Install the lamp cover.
6. Tighten the screw to the lamp cover.
7. Connect the mains plug to the mains
socket.
8. Open the door. Make sure that the lamp
comes on.
Possible cause
The door has been opened too
frequently.
The product temperature is too
high.
The room temperature is too
high.
During the automatic defrosting
process, frost defrosts on the rear
plate.
The water outlet is clogged.
Products prevent that water flows
into the water collector.
There is too much water in the air
deflector.
The temperature regulator is not
set correctly.
The temperature regulator is not
set correctly.
The door is not closed correctly.
The product temperature is too
high.
Many products are stored at the
same time.
There is no cold air circulation in

Do not keep the door open longer
