ascending side), and so on. Place the treads in the position given by the configuration (Fig. 5).
11. Once you have reached the end of the tube 042013, screw on the part 022003, then screw on the tube
042013 and continue to assemble the staircase (Fig. 5).
12. Once the end of 042013 tube is reached, screw the 022001 component to the 046036 component keeping
the threaded hole upwards (screw on the 046036 element, keeping in mind that it must be at the same
height as the landing). Continue to insert the treads using the compensation component 023001 in the D78
or D79 spacer and the 131030 or 131031 spacing discs (Fig. 6).
13. Cut the part 023001 about 3 mm from the edge of the shortest part, and fit it to the spacer D78 or D79, and
insert in order the D78 or D79 spacer and the 088002 landing. Position the landing with the small hole (that
will be used to fit the baluster) on the landing side of the treads (Fig. 4).
14. Fit the parts 023035 or 023037, 022065, 009010 and tighten the part 005008 as much as necessary,
taking into account that the treads must still be able to turn (Fig. 1) (Fig. 4).
Fixing the landing
15. Move the part 047009 close to the floor. Determine the position, maintaining a distance of about 15 cm from
the outer edge of the landing, drill a hole using a 14 mm Ø bit and finally fasten using the parts 008001 (Fig. 1).
16. Secure the parts 047009 to the landing using the parts 011053 (drill a hole in the landing using a 4,5 mm Ø bit).
17. Position the parts 132016 (Fig. 1).
Railing assembly
18. Cut a section of the baluster 127045 (Fig. 4) to size to obtain the tread joining spacers; lock them with the
parts 001010.
19. In case of a partial railing, start assembly of the railing by fitting a joining spacer on the landing. In case of a
full railing, start with an end baluster and then the intermediate balusters. Orient the balusters with the part
033078 with the drilled part facing up (Fig. 1).
Tighten the part 001010 of the lower and upper tread according to the rise (Fig. 1).
20. Finally tighten the part 005008.
21. In case of a trapezoidal landing, fasten a third part 047009 on the short side of the landing, using the parts
011053 (drill a hole in the landing using a 4,5 mm Ø bit).
22. Position the parts 132016.
23. In correspondence to the first tread, fasten a provisional baluster segment with the parts 033142, 011053,
001004 and 008004.
24. Where a railing is fitted, assemble the parts 033142, 001004 and 002040 on the corner treads.
25. Cut the segments of handrail 140053 to size in such a way that the joint of the two handrail segments sits
halfway the length of the railing side.
26. To determine the height of the corner and intermediate balusters, use as reference one or more of the
handrail segments where you previously fitted the parts 033164 + 033163 with the screw 012014. The
handrails must intersect in correspondence to the corner. At one end assemble the parts 033164 with the
parts 004034 and 011069, and on the other end the parts 033163 and 033162 with the parts 012014 and
001017. Join the handrails with the parts 046011 and 031076.
27. Secure the handrail to the balusters using the parts 002031 maintaining the balusters in vertical position.
Fasten the parts 033162 and 033163 to the corner balusters with the parts 033125 and 011051. Drill a
hole and thread it (M4).
Fastening to the wall
28. Fasten the staircase to the wall using the parts 033010 with the parts 008004, 011053, 033056, 031059,
011057 and 005035 (drill a hole using an 8 mm Ø bit) (Fig. 8).
Assembling the balustrade
29. Mark the distance between centres of the balusters so that you can fit at least four.
30. Screw the parts 001004 into the part 033063. Drill a hole in the landing using a 5 mm Ø bit. Position the
parts 033063, using the parts 002040 and 001004 on the landing.
31. Fit the part 033063 on the tie-rod 046036 with the parts 131028 011038 and 009005 (Fig. 1). Cut 12
mm off the end baluster (in correspondence to the central column). Position the end balusters (x) and the
intermediate baluster (y) 127032 or 127036 with the parts 034040 turned outward.
32. Cut 5 cm off one end of the straight handrail 140053 and fasten the part 033164 using the parts 011069
and 004034. Cut the other end based on the balustrade dimensions, drill a hole using a 6 mm Ø bit to
fasten the part 033164 or drill a hole using a 3,5 mm Ø bit to fasten the parts 033162+033163. Fasten the
