Fill your e-mail address in [User ID] field

and select [CHECK AVAILABILITY].
Fill in [Password], [Password confirm] and
[Birthday] fields and select [CONFIRM].
The E-mail confirmation page appears.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to

your e-mail address. On your e-mail,
select [CONFIRM] to complete the e-mail
confirmation.
