    DESCRIZIONE TECNICA Le cucine a legna La NORDICA si addicono a cucinare sulla piastra e al forno e a riscaldare spazi abitativi per alcuni periodi, o a sostenere un riscaldamento centralizzato insufficiente. Esse sono ideali per appartamenti di vacanza e case del fine settimana oppure come riscaldamento ausiliario durante tutto l’anno.

    IMPORTANTE: il foro di scarico fumi non utilizzato deve essere ricoperto con il relativo tappo (vedi Capitolo DIMENSIONI). La depressione al camino (TIRAGGIO) deve essere di almeno 12 Pa (=1.2 mm di colonna d’acqua). La misurazione deve essere fatta sempre ad apparecchio caldo (resa calorifica nominale). Quando la depressione supera i 17 Pascal è necessario ridurla con l’installazione di un regolatore di tiraggio supplementare (valvola a farfalla) sul tubo di scarico o nel camino, come da normative vigenti.

    ACCENSIONE a BASSE EMISSIONI La combustione senza fumo è un metodo di accensione per ridurre in modo significativo le emissioni di sostanze nocive. La legna brucia gradualmente dall’alto verso il basso, così la combustione procede più lentamente ed in modo più controllato. I gas combusti, passando attraverso le alte temperature della fiamma, bruciano quasi completamente.

    PULIZIA VANO RACCOLTA FUMI CUCINE con sportello Il vano di raccolta dei fumi può essere pulito attraverso lo sportello posto sotto il forno (Figura 9), oppure dall’alto. A tale scopo rimuovete i cerchi della piastra di cottura e smontate il tubo-fumi dal tronchetto di scarico. La pulizia può essere effettuata con l’aiuto di una spazzola e di un aspiratore.

    TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION The fire cookers of La NORDICA are suitable to cook on the grill and on the oven and to heat living spaces for some periods or to support an insufficient centralized heating system. They are ideal for holiday apartments and weekend houses or as an auxiliary heating system during the whole year.

    CLEANING OF THE COLLECTION CASING COOKING with under door oven The smokes collection casing can be cleaned either through the door which is under the oven (Picture 9) or from the top. To this purpose remove the circles of the cooking plate and disassemble the smokes pipe from the exhaust small trunk. Cleaning can be made with a brush and a vacuum cleaner.

  • Page 40: Anschluss An Den Rauchabzug Eines Offenen Kamins

    Der Unterdruck des Kamins (ZUG) muss mindestens 12 Pa Pascal (=1.2 mm Wassersäule) betragen. Die Messung muss immer bei warmem Gerät erfolgen (nominale Heizleistung). Wenn der Unterdruck 17 Pascal übersteigt, muss er durch Einbau eines zusätzlichen Zugreglers (Drosselklappe) am Abzugsrohr oder im Schornstein verringert werden, laut den geltenden Vorschriften. Für ein einwandfreies Funktionieren des Geräts ist es erforderlich, dass am Installationsort genügend Verbrennungsluft zugeführt wird (siehe Abschnitt LUFTZUSTROM AM INSTALLATIONSORT WÄHREND DER VERBRENNUNG).

    Sobald der Ofen wie der Motor eines Autos „eingelaufen“ ist, können Sie ihn regelmäßig einsetzen, dabei sollten Sie jedoch plötzliches starkes Erhitzen mit übermäßiger Ofenfüllung vermeiden. Um das Feuer anzuzünden, wird es empfohlen, kleinen Holzleisten oder andere vermarktete Anfeuerungsmittel anzuwenden. Die Luftöffnungen (primär und sekundär) sind zusammen zu öffnen (auch die eventuell Anzündschieber und an dem Rauchgasrohr vorhandene Drosselklappe ist zu öffnen).

    La depresión en la chimenea (TIRAJE) tiene que ser de, por lo menos 12 Pa Pascal (=1.2 mm de columna de agua). La medición se debe realizar siempre con el aparato caliente (rendimiento calorífico nominal). Cuando la depresión supera los 17 Pascal es necesario reducir la misma con la instalación de un regulador de tiraje suplementario (falsa válvula de aire) posicionado en el tubo de descarga o en la chimenea anterior, según las normativas vigentes.
