NB5018 TOOL USE:
DISCONNECT TOOL FROM ThE AIR SUPPLY.

1. Push down on magazine latch and gently pull
magazine cover back as far as possible.

2. Insert a strip of fasteners into the magazine (keep
points of nails pointed down).

3. Slide fasteners forward all the way into the tool nose.
4. Push magazine cover forward until the magazine
latch catches securely.

5. Attach the air supply. The tool is now ready to
operate.
NOTE:
When loading fasteners into the tool, do not depress

trigger or safety mechanism. Keep yourself, as well as
others, away from the nose to avoid possible injury.
OPERATION IN COLD WEAThER
When operating tools at temperatures near and below
freezing, the moisture in the air line may freeze and
prevent tool operation:
Reduce the air pressure to 80psi (5.5kgs.) or less.

Remove all fasteners from magazine.
Connect air and free fire (blank fire) the tool. Slow speed
operation to warm up the moving part.
OPERATION IN hOT WEAThER
Keep tool out of direct sunlight as excessive heat can
deteriorate bumpers, o-rings and other rubber parts
resulting in increased maintenance.
COLD WEAThER CARE
Do not store the tool in a cold weather environment.
Keep the tool in a warm area until beginning the work.
If the tool is already cold, bring it in a warm area and
allow the tool to warm up before use.
1. Reduce the air pressure to 60 to 80 psi
(4.2 bar 4.2 kgf/cm2).

2. Remove all fasteners from the tool.
3. Connect the air hose and free-fire (blank-fire) the tool.
The lowered air pressure will be enough to free-fire the
tool.
Slow speed operation tends to warm up the moving part.
