OPERATING ThE TOOL
TESTING ThE TOOL

ƒ Disconnect air hose from the tool.
ƒ Remove all fasteners from the tool.
ƒ ALL SCREWS MUST BE TIGHTENED.
ƒ If any screws are loose, tighten them.
ThE SAFETY/PUSh LEVER AND TRIGGER MUST
MOVE SMOOThLY.
Adjust the air pressure to 65psi.
Connect the air hose.
ƒ Do not load any fasteners in the tool.
ThE TOOL MUST NOT LEAK AIR.
ƒ Remove finger from the trigger and press the safety/
push lever against the wood.
ThE TOOL MUST NOT OPERATE.
ƒ Separate the safety/push lever from the wood.
ƒ Next, point the tool in a safe position, pull the trigger and
then hold that position for 5 seconds or longer.
ThE TOOL MUST NOT OPERATE.
ƒ Without touching the trigger, depress the safety/push
lever against the work piece.
ƒ Pull the trigger.
ThE TOOL MUST OPERATE IF SET IN SEQUENTIAL
FIRE MODE.
ƒ Hold the trigger back while separating the safety/push
lever from the wood.
ƒ Remove finger from the trigger.
TOOL OPERATION WILL END.
(the driver blade will return to the top).
ƒ With the tool off the work piece, pull the trigger.
ƒ Depress the safety/push lever against the work piece.
ThE TOOL MUST OPERATE IF SET IN BUMP FIRE
MODE.
