REMOTE CONTROL

When the remote control is powered on the display automatically shows the channel that was selected
last. With the button the channels of the remote can be selected circularly from CH2 to CH9 and
from A to F (14 channels are available). If the display shows the remote has no connection to the in-
strument (the instrument is too far away, the connection is disturbed, the channels of the remote and the
instrument are not the same, the remote is switched off). shows that connection between the remote
and the instrument is okay.
With the on/off switch of the remote only the remote can be powered on and off - not the instrument.
The battery status indication of the remote only shows the battery status of the remote.
SELF LEVELLING PROCEDURE / DISPLAY ILLUMINATION
If the TILT function is activated and the level is disturbed (rotation stopps) the self-levelling procedure can
be started from this position if required. Press the button short.
Please check if the instrument has been disturbed.
Press the button long (2 sec.) to power on/off the display illumination of the remote control.
AREA SHIELD FUNCTION
Press the button to shield one or more areas of the laser beam.
The area shielded is shown in the display.
Note:
It is not possible to shield all four areas at the same time -
one area must remain active.
