3. Operation for working
a. Grinding
!
Never use a cutting disc for grinding.
To grind, only use the guard designed for grinding
WARNING
CAUTION: Never press the spindle locking button while the disc is rotating.
For best grinding results, position the tool at an angle of between 30° and 40° Move
the tool backwards and forwards applying light pressure. This way, the item being
worked on will not heat up too much, will not discolor and avoids forming grooves.
The disc continues to spin for a few seconds after you have released

the switch. Check that your hands are always at a distance from the
rotating disc.
WARNING
1. To switch it on, push the lock-off
catch forward, and then press the
trigger switch.
2. Once the grinder starts, release the
lock-off catch but keep pressure
on the trigger switch. The motor
will continue to run until the trigger
switch is released after which the
lock-off catch will prevent the tool
from being accidentally started.
3. To restart the tool, the lock-off catch
must be operated again.
4. Release the trigger switch to stop
the grinder.
