TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Wine is not pouring.
Trigger was not
pressed and released

This is normal, especially for
cold corks.
Replace Needle if tip is worn
or damaged.
Only access wines with
natural corks. Use Coravin
Screw Caps for bottles with
screw cap closures.
Remove Coravin System
immediately after pouring.
Give cork additional time
to reseal or try the Vintage
Needle.
This is normal and there is
no reason for concern. Wipe
top of cork with paper towel
or cloth.
This is normal for some
wines.

"Useful Tips".
Tighten Capsule Cup
and Needle.
