The following table shows some processing types that can be performed
and the most suitable containers.

Ingredients
Cook in a litre of water and cut
into pieces 200 g of carrots and
250 g of potatoes, a stick of
celery, a tomato some spinach
leaves and some chard (plus a
vegetable cube if desired).
Cut into pieces a banana, an
apple, two mandarins (or an
orange), add 250 cc of fruit
juice (any type) or 250 cc of
milk.
An egg, a tbsp. of vinegar,
250 ml of oil, salt and pepper
to taste.
