  • Page 8: Vma - Valvola Miscelatrice Anticondensa - Obbligatorio (Fornita Come Optional)

    Una elevata temperatura di ritorno permette di migliorare l’efficienza, riduce la formazione di condensa dei fumi e allunga la vita della caldaia. Le valvole in commercio presentano svariate tarature, La NORDICA consiglia l’utilizzo del modello 55°C con connessioni idrauliche da 1”. Una volta raggiunta la temperatura di taratura della valvola, viene aperta la tratta 2 e l’acqua della caldaia va all’impianto attraverso la mandata (M).

    Definizione: termoprodotto secondo EN 13229. I termoprodotti La Nordica sono ideali per appartamenti di vacanza e case del fine settimana oppure come riscaldamento ausiliario durante tutto l’anno. Come combustibili vengono utilizzati ceppi di legna. Questo è un apparecchio a combustione intermittente.

    Il riscaldamento dell’ambiente avviene: a) per irraggiamento: attraverso il vetro panoramico e le superfici esterne calde del termoprodotto viene irraggiato calore nell’ambiente. b) per conduzione: mediante i radiatori o termoconvettori dell’impianto centralizzato alimentati dall’acqua calda generata dal termoprodotto. L’apparecchio è dotato di un registro per regolare l’aria primaria; per mezzo di questo registro viene regolata l’aria di combustione. L’aria secondaria e terziaria sono predeterminate.

    La non ermeticità del collegamento può causare il malfunzionamento dell’apparecchio. Il diametro interno del tubo di collegamento deve corrispondere al diametro esterno del tronchetto di scarico fumi dell’apparecchio. Ciò viene garantito dai tubi secondo DIN 1298. Per un migliore funzionamento dell’apparecchio, viene consigliata una depressione al camino di 17-20 Pascal (=1.7-2 mm di colonna d’acqua).

    COMBUSTIBILI AMMESSI / NON AMMESSI I combustibili ammessi sono ceppi di legna. Si devono utilizzare esclusivamente ceppi di legna secca (contenuto d’acqua max. 20%). Si dovrebbero caricare al massimo 2 o 3 ceppi di legna. I pezzi di legna dovrebbero avere una lunghezza di ca. 20-30 cm ed una circonferenza di massimo 30-35 cm.

    Con i registri posti sulla facciata dell’apparecchio viene regolata l’emissione di calore dello stesso. Essi devono essere aperti secondo il bisogno calorifico. La migliore combustione (con emissioni minime) viene raggiunta quando, caricando legna, la maggior parte dell’aria per la combustione passa attraverso il registro dell’aria secondaria. Non si deve mai sovraccaricare l’apparecchio. Troppo combustibile e troppa aria per la combustione possono causare surriscaldamento e quindi danneggiare il focolare.

    Valves on the market have different calibrations. NORDICA advises use of model 55°c with 1” hydraulic connections. Once the valve calibration temperature is reached, route 2 opens and the boiler water goes to the system via the flow (M).

    DESCRIPTION Definition: thermo-fireplace according to EN 13229. La NORDICA thermo-fireplace are ideal for holiday flats and weekend houses or as auxiliary heating all year round. Wooden logs are used as fuel. The appliance works as an intermittent operating appliance. The appliance is composed of painted and galvanised sheet steel and cast iron. The boiler body is made of 4 mm thick steel, and the fire bed and removable grille are both made of cast iron.

    Room heating takes place: a) by radiation: the heat is radiated into the environment through the panoramic window and the hot external surfaces of the thermo-fireplace; b) by conduction: radiators or heat convectors of the centralised system fed by hot water produced by the boiler. The device is equipped with registers of primary air, with which it is possible to adjust the combustion air.

    The failed tightness of the connection can cause the malfunction of the device. The internal diameter of the connection pipe must be equal to the external diameter of the smokes stub pipe of the device. This is assured by the pipes complying with DIN 1298. For a better working of the appliance, it is suggested to have a flue draught of 17-20 Pascal (=1.7-2 mm of column of water).

    ALLOWED / NOT ALLOWED FUELS Allowed fuels are logs. Use exclusively dry logs (max. content of water 20%). Maximum 3 logs should be loaded. The pieces of wood should have a length of ca. 20-30 cm and a maximum circumference of 30-35 cm. Compressed not worked-out wood briquettes must be used carefully to avoid overheating that may damage the device, since these have a very high calorific value.

    ATTENTION: during the first lightings there could be a solid smokes condensation with a small escape of water from the thermo-fireplace: this event will expire in a very short time but if it persists it will be necessary to check the chimney draught.

    Never overload the appliance. Too much fuel and too much air for the combustion may cause overheating and then damage the product. You should always use the appliance with the door closed in order to avoid damages due to overheating (forge effect). The adjustment of the registers necessary to reach the rated calorific yield is the following one: see chap.

    Eine hohe Rücklauftemperatur ermöglicht einer Verbesserung der Effizienz, reduziert die Entstehung von Kondensation durch Dampf und verlängert die Lebensdauer des Kessels. Die handelsüblichen Ventile sind unterschiedlich tariert. Die Firma La NORDICA empfiehlt die Verwendung des Modells 55°C mit Hydraulikanschlüssen von 1”. Sobald die eingestellte Temperatur des Ventils erreicht ist, wird der Abschnitt 2 geöffnet und das Wasser des Kessels führt über den Vorlauf (M) zur Anlage.

Der Ofen darf nie überladen werden. Zu viel Brennstoff und zu viel Verbrennungsluft können zur Überhitzung führen und daher den Ofen beschädigen.

    • vaciar el sistema térmico y sanitario si hay riesgo de formación de hielo. Los termoproductos modelo Termocamino 650-800 pueden instalarse tanto en sistemas con VASO de expansión ABIERTO.     Una temperatura de retorno elevada permite mejorar la eficiencia, reduce la formación de condensación de los humos y alarga la vida útil de la caldera. Las válvulas que se encuentran en el comercio presentan calibraciones diferentes, La NORDICA recomienda el uso del modelo de 55 °C con conexiones hidráulicas de 1”.
