    DEsCRIZIONE TECNICA Le cucine a legna La Nordica si addicono a cucinare sulla piastra e al forno e a riscaldare spazi abitativi per alcuni periodi, o a sostenere un riscaldamento centralizzato insufficiente. Esse sono ideali per appartamenti di vacanza e case del fine settimana oppure come riscaldamento ausiliario durante tutto l’anno.

    ACCENsIONE A BAssE EMIssIONI La combustione senza fumo è un metodo di accensione per ridurre in modo significativo le emissioni di sostanze nocive. La legna brucia gradualmente dall’alto verso il basso, così la combustione procede più lentamente ed in modo più controllato. I gas combusti, passando attraverso le alte temperature della fiamma, bruciano quasi completamente.

    If the flues are of a square or rectangular section, the internal edges must be rounded with a radius of not less than 20 mm. For the rectangular section, the maximum ratio between the sides must be ≤ 1.5. A section which is too small causes a reduction in draught. A minimum height of 4 m is advisable. Enamel and majolica, due to their different coefficient of dilatation, produce microcrackles, which show their authentic feature.

    TECHNISCHE BESCHREIBUNG Die Herde von La Nordica eignen sich dafür, zu kochen, backen und Wohnräume zeitweise zu beheizen bzw. zur Unterstützung einer nicht ausreichenden Raumheizung.     • Für die Reinigung sind Inspektionsöffnungen vorzusehen. • Es sind die technischen Daten der Bedienungsanleitung zu beachten. Sollten die Rauchabzüge einen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Querschnitt besitzen, sind die Innenkanten mit einem Radius von nicht weniger als 20 mm abzurunden. Beim rechteckigen Querschnitt muss das maximale Verhältnis zwischen den Seiten ≤ 1,5 betragen. Ein zu kleiner Querschnitt führt zu einer Verringerung des Zugs.

  • Page 43 EMIssIONsARMEs ANFEUERN Die rauchlose Verbrennung ist eine Anfeuermethode, womit die Schadstoffemissionen erheblich gesenkt werden. Das Holz brennt dabei schrittweise von oben nach unten ab, auf diese Weise läuft der Verbrennungsprozess langsamer ab und kann besser kontrolliert werden. Die entstehenden Gase strömen durch die heiße Flamme und verbrennen fast vollständig. Email und Majolika bilden wegen ihres unterschiedlichen Dehnungskoeffizienten Mikrorisse (Haarrisse), die ihre Echtheit beweisen.
