REMOVING THE VALVE ASSEMBLY
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Turn off the lateral mainline valve to the sprinkler before
attempting to replace the valve.
Required Tools: Flat-head screwdriver
Snap-ring pliers
Remove the internal assembly (see instructions on page 6) and
remove any water remaining in the case.

Push down on top of the valve with the blunt
end of a hammer or screwdriver to relieve the
pressure. Insert the snap-ring pliers into the case
and grasp the top snap ring. Pull up to release the
snap ring and remove it from the case. Remove the
second snap ring in the same way. Remove the
valve with the snap-ring pliers.
REMOVING / INSTALLING THE TOP SERVICEABLE
ROCK SCREEN AND REPLACEABLE VALVE SEAT
Required Tools: Installation Socket (P/N: 211619-01)
3/8" Socket Drive or 3/8" Speed Wrench,
Drive Extension

Attach the installation socket to the socket
drive/drive extension. Insert the installation socket
and socket drive/drive extension assembly into the
case. Align the installation socket to the slots on
the top serviceable rock screen. Twist the Drive
Extension counterclockwise to remove the rock
screen and clockwise to install the rock screen.
INSTALLING THE VALVE ASSEMBLY
Required Tool: Valve Insertion Tool

To install the valve assembly, insert the two
snap rings into the valve insertion tool, with their
rounded edges facing down, and the slotted tabs
180 degrees apart.

Insert the valve into the valve insertion tool.
Align the pilot flow port on the valve with the large
rounded notch of the valve tool.

RETIRO DEL CONJUNTO DE LA VALVULA
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
Cierre la válvula principal lateral de suministro de agua del
rociador antes de intentar sustituir la válvula.
Herramientas necesarias: Destornillador plano
Saque el conjunto interno (consulte las instrucciones dadas en la
página 6) y extraiga el agua de la caja.

QUITAR / NSTALAR EL CEDAZO CON SERVICIO EN LA PARTE
SUPERIOR Y REEMPLAZAR EL ASIENTO DE LA VALVULA

Pinzas para anillos elásticos

Empuje la parte superior de la válvula con el
extremo romo de un martillo o destornillador para
aliviar la presión. Inserte las pinzas para anillos
elásticos en la caja y sujete el anillo elástico
superior. Tire el anillo elástico hacia arriba para
soltarlo y sáquelo de la caja. Saque el segundo
anillo elástico de la misma manera. Saque la
válvula usando las pinzas para anillos elásticos.
Enchufe de 3/8" y Extension o
Llave de Matraca de 3/8" y Extension

Adhiera el Enchufe de instalacion al enchufe
de 3/8" y extension. Meta el ensamblaje del
enchufe de instalacion y enchufe de 3/8" y
extension adentro del casco. Alenee el enchufe de
instalacion a la ranuras en el cedazo con servicio
en la parte superior. Gire la extension en sentido
contrahorario para sacar el cedazo y en sentido
como las manecillas del reloj para instalar el
cedazo.
DE LA VALVULA

Para instalar el conjunto de la válvula,
inserte los dos anillos elásticos en la herramienta
insertadora de válvula, con sus bordes
redondeados hacia abajo, y con las pestañas
perforadas separadas 180 grados entre sí.

Inserte la válvula en la herramienta
insertadora. Alinee la lumbrera de caudal piloto
de la válvula con la muesca redondeada grande
de la herramienta insertadora.
