OPERATION VIA CABLE REMOTE CONTROL
Connect the cable remote control to the fog machine (REMOTE DIN socket),
press and hold the release button on the remote control to start the fog
output, and stop the fog output by releasing the release button again. As
soon as the red indicator LEDs light up, the heat-up phase is complete and
the fog machine is ready for use.
OPERATION VIA RF REMOTE CONTROL
Connect the RF remote control radio receiver to the fog machine (REMOTE
DIN socket) and give the fog machine an address from 1 to 4 by pressing the
corresponding dip switch on the side of the receiver down into the ON po-
sition (no. 1 in the example). The fog output of the fog machine can now be
started by pressing and holding the corresponding button on the RF remote
control. Stop the fog output by releasing the button again. While holding
down one of the buttons, the indicator LED above the no. 1 button lights up.
The operating status of the fog machine is indicated by the display LEDs in
the radio receiver (red = heat-up phase, green = ready for operation).
Up to four fog machines of this type can be controlled independently with
an RF remote control. The RF remote control requires a 12 V 23 A battery
(included).
SETUP AND INSTALLATION
Place the fog machine in a suitable location on its preinstalled rubber feet. Install on a crossbeam using an optionally available traverse
clamp that is attached to the mounting bracket of the fog machine. Make sure that the device is firmly attached and secure it using a
suitable safety cable on the designated location (A). The maximum permitted incline of the fog machine is 30°. During setup and installation,
follow the information under "CAUTION! IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON FOG MACHINES!" in the safety instructions.
Important safety information: Overhead installation requires extensive experience, including the calculation of workload limits
and installed equipment, and periodic safety checks of all installation materials and devices. If you do not have these qualifica-
tions, do not attempt to carry out the installation yourself; contact a professional company.
