because they can explode

toes, whole courgettes,
apples, chestnuts, etc.) should
be pierced before they are

• The contents of feeding
bottles and baby food jars
should be shaken or stirred
before serving. Check the tem-
perature to avoid burns.

when heat is transferred from
the heated food. Potholders
may be needed when han-
dling the utensil.
