1) BEFORE AND DURING USE
•
Wear protective glasses to avoid any metal projections.
•
Wear a respiratory mask to avoid inhaling metal particles.
•
Check your clothes and rectify them if necessary. There must be no risk for them to be caught by the machine.
(Tie, sleeves, etc.)
•
Wear a cap if your hair is long.
2) DURING USE
•
Keep your face at a reasonable distance from the grindstone.
•
Do not put any foreign bodies or your hands in contact with the grindstone.
•
Do not place anything between the protective housing and the grindstone.
•
Do not use the Roken 1000 grinder for any other work than the sharpening of spot welder drills.
•
In the event of any unusual noise or smell, stop the machine and unplug it.
3) AFTER USE
•
Never force the grindstone to stop rotating. Always let it slow down gradually on its own.
4) MAINTENANCE
•
Always remove the plug of the Roken 1000 from the socket.
