EXCLUSIONS DE LA GARANTIE / WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

LES DOMMAGES OU LE MAUVAIS
FONCTIONNEMENT CAUSÉS PAR:
L'utilisation abusive ou l'entretien inadéquat de la
a)
thermopompe non conforme aux instructions du manuel
du propriétaire, aux codes du bâtiment provinciaux ou des
règlements municipaux;
Une installation inadéquate de la thermopompe ou par une
b)
installation effectuée par des personnes non‐agréées par la
compagnie;
L'abus, la négligence, un accident ou un cas de force
c)
majeure incluant notamment les inondations, la foudre, les
séismes, les tornades, la grêle et tout autre événement
imprévisible et irrésistible, appelé « Acte de Dieu »;
Le gel, l'érosion de la tuyauterie ou des composantes
d)
internes de la thermopompe en raison notamment d'une
mauvaise hivernation, de la piètre qualité de l'eau, de
l'infiltration de sable ou autres substances abrasives dans le
système interne de l'appareil;
Une corrosion prématurée du tube caloporteur en titane
e)
due à une mauvaise utilisation des produits chimiques dans
la piscine (ex : taux de PH, chlore ou salinité supérieurs ou
inférieurs à la norme);
Les modifications, transformations, réparations et
f)
remplacement de pièces effectués par des personnes non‐
agréées par la compagnie.

DAMAGE OR IMPROPER OPERATION
CAUSED BY :
Improper use or maintenance of the heat pump that does
a)
not comply with the instructions in the Owner's Manual,
provincial or state building codes or municipal regulations.
Improper installation of the heat pump or installation
b)
performed by persons not authorized by the Company.
Improper use, negligence, accident or force majeure which
c)
includes such events as flood, lightning, earthquake,
tornado, hail and any other unpredictable, irresistible event
known as an "Act of God."
Freezing or erosion of the piping or the internal
d)
components of the heat pump due to improper winterizing,
poor water quality, infiltration of sand or other abrasive
substances into the heat pump's internal workings.
Premature corrosion of the titanium coolant tubing
e)
resulting from improper use of chemical products in the
pool (e.g.: pH, chlorine or salinity levels that are above or
below the standard).
Modification, alteration, repair or replacement of parts
f)
performed by persons not authorized by the company.
