BEFORE USE

The MPA-77 only functions on the built-in battery when properly charged. When
the battery is not adequately charged, the amplifier may be powered by the mains
through the included adaptor while the battery is being charged at the same time.

BATTERY:

The battery in this set can be compared to a car's battery and must be charged
on a regular basis. If not, the battery may get irreparably damaged and must be
replaced. This replacement is not covered by the warranty.
TIPS:
Leave the MPA-77 connected to the mains. A trickle charge will then maintain the
battery charge ensuring that the amplifier is always ready for use. This will also
lengthen the battery's lifespan.
It takes 8 hours to fully charge the battery. When the battery is empty, it'll take at
least an hour before the MPA-77 can start functioning on battery power only.
ATTENTION: in this case the amplifier will function for a short time only.
When the battery is fully charged, the MPA-77 can function on battery power only
for approximately 4 hours. This time period also depends on the selected volume
level. When the 'LOW LED' lights up during use, the battery must be charged.
When there's no LED switched on while using the device on the battery, the
battery must be charged first.

AMPLIFIER SETTINGS

POWER SWITCH:

You may use the power switch to turn on the amplifier and have it operate on the
mains. When the power switch is turned off while the power cable is connected to
the mains, the battery will be charged.

MASTER VOLUME:

Use the master volume control to adjust the total volume output of the set. When
this volume control is turned fully clock-wise (off), no sound will be produced.
ATTENTION: Turn this control fully clock-wise before switching on the set to
prevent excessive volume levels.
You can connect separate equipment to the MPA-77, for example a DVD player
(karaoke), tablet, smartphone or another MP3 player. These devices must have a
line output. Use appropriate cables (not included) to connect these devices with
the AUX inputs of this set.
