A) Unpack carefully projector and lamp. If necessary wipe optics clean with a lint free clean cloth.
Illuminator:

For transmitted light:
Mount projector and lamp on the concerned machine tool.
For incident light:
Mount the projector on the concerned machine tool. To avoid damage to the delicate mirror inside the lamp,
set the lamp into its tubing very carefully. Fix it by screw (4).
(The mirror is very delicate and may be cleaned only by blowing or by using a soft brush.)
C) Connect the lamp to the transformer and switch the light on.
Centering of the projector if necessary:

Centering of the rotary cross-wire (goniometer) with the fix cross-wire (screen).
The projector has been carefully centered and checked before dispatch. It is recommended however to re-check
its centering before use as vibrations during transport may have caused a misalignment of the mirror backside of
the projector.
If the fix cross-wire (screen) don't correspond with the rotary cross-wire (goniometer), the adjustment can be done
with the three screws (1) on the back side of the projector.
(If an exactly centering - the running of the rotary cross-wire - is not possible, please contact the supplier or inform
us directly.)
P = Comparison templates:
E)
If the projector is equipped with a comparison template the adjustment can be done by the 2 screws (3) and be
blocked by screw (2).
