The above cases are presented merely by way of examples of possible problems. In the event of
any problem, switch OFF the appliance immediately and contact the dealer.
Requesting spare parts:
To request spare parts, contact the dealer and refer to the part number indicated in
the spare parts drawings at the end of this handbook (Espl.1, Section 12 – Espl.2,
Section 13), indicating also the appliance's model and serial number.

TRANSLATION OF THE ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS
The pan/wok/cookware was not correctly positioned on the cooking surface or the
material of the cookware is not suited for induction cooking. The appliance shows
"E0" on the display and beeps, then after some seconds goes back to "OFF" mode.
Temperature sensor error. Contact your dealer to request technical support.
Overvoltage protection: if the input voltage is too high, the appliance shows this
error code and stops. Have a qualified technician check your electrical system and
power connection before trying to turn on the appliance again.
Undervoltage protection: if the input coltage is too low, the appliance shows this
error code and stops. Have a qualified technician check your electrical system and
power connection before trying to turn on the appliance again.
Cooking surface overheating. The appliance has detected a too high temperature
over the cooking surface that may lead to internal overheating. This may be caused
by the operator heating empty cookware without any aliment inside. Allow the
appliance to cool down before trying to turn it on again.
IGBT transistor overheating (over 100 °C). Allow the appliance to cool down and
check that the air vents on the bottom and on the rear are not obstructed. If the
error code still shows up after the appliance has cooled down, contact your dealer to
request technical support.
