1. Place the device on a solid and flat surface for use to ensure that it cannot
tip over or fall down.
2. Position the device about 40 - 50 cm away from your head, for example, on
a bedside table.
3. Connect the power supply to the power point.
NOTES
Your MEDISANA Light Alarm Clock SAC is equipped with R.D.S. (Radio
Data System). The RDS signal is used for setting the time automatically.
Because RDS reception can be a problem in certain regions, the device
automatically switches the RDS off after setting the time.
The abbreviations for the radio stations will still appear in the display
as text. If the radio station selected does not send a signature, only the
digital frequency of the radio station will be displayed.

SET SUCCESS runs across the bottom of the display, and RDS OFF and the
