Allgemeines Dieses technische Handbuch enthält alle Anweisungen zur Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung des Mess- und Regelgerätes MULTRONIC / Timermoduls. Alle Informationen zum Grundgerät entnehmen sie bitte dem allgemeinen Teil. Das Timermodul ist nur in Multronic-Geräten mit spezieller Absalz-Sofware und din Verbindung mit einem Absalz-Modul (induktiv oder konduktiv) einsetzbar. -

Timermodul Anschluss Anschluss elektrisch Auf dem Timermodul befindet sich eine Anschlussmöglichkeit für einen potentialfreien Kontakt. Reglerparametern die Einstellungen für die Biozid-Dosierungen eingebbar. Reglerparameter Durch Betätigen der ↑-Taste aus der Messmaske gelangt man in das Hauptmenü zur Einstellung der Multronic. Hauptmenü Auswahl der Regler-Parameter durch Positionierung des Cursors auf den Auswahlpunkt und Betätigung der ENTER-Taste. - Page 7 Timermodul Wertebereich: 0.0% bis 99.9%, die Einstellung 0.0% bewirkt, dass keine vorgezogene Absalzung gestartet wird. Unter Dosier-Relais kann das entsprechende Steuer-Relais gewählt werden, das die Biozid-Dosierung steuern soll. Wertebereich: 1 / 2 / 1+2 Bei Einstellung gleich 1 wird das erste dem Timer-Modul zugeordneten Relais zur Biozid- Dosierung verwendet.
- Page 8 Timermodul Unter max. Unterbrechungszeit wird festgelegt, wie lange eine Biozid-Dosierung durch Wegfall der Freigabe unterbrochen werden darf. Die Unterbrechungszeit wirkt sich auf die Vorumwälzung, vorgezogene Absalzung und Dosieren aus. Der Vorgang des Einwirkens wird nicht überwacht. Wird die max. Unterbrechungszeit überschritten wird die Biozid- Dosierung abgebrochen und die Alarmmeldung eingeblendet.

To do so, the timer module must be installed on the module plug-in connection 2 or 3. -

The timer module cannot be configured and the measuring parameters cannot be adjusted. Only the settings for the biocide metering can be entered under the controller parameters. Controller parameter The main menu of the Multronic can be accessed through operating the ↑-key from the measuring mask. Main menu Select the control parameters through positioning the cursor on the selected item and operating the ENTER-key. - Page 15 Timer Modul The affecting time disables the desalination processes of the controlled desalination module for the specified period of time. Value range: 0 min to 600 min The threshold value function specifies the desalination threshold percentage of the (W+)- (W-)-interval of the controller desalination module. If this threshold is exceed at the beginning of a biocide metering procedure, an early desalination procedure is started.
- Page 16 Timer Modul If precirculation is interrupted because the release is discontinued, the pre-circulation time is reset. The time starts to elapse again once the release has been granted again. precirculation starts specifies the number of times precirculation can be restarted. If the number of starts is exceeded, the biocide metering is interrupted and the alarm message is shown.

Paramètres pour régulateurs En appuyant sur la touche ↑ dans le masque de mesure on entre dans le menu principal pour effectuer les réglages du Multronic. Menu principal Sélection des paramètres pour régulateurs en positionnant le curseur sur le point de sélection et en appuyant sur la touche ENTER. - Page 23 Module timer Par la commande temps d’imprégnation on peut interrompre un procédé de dessalement du module de dessalement respectif pour la durée ajustée. Plage de valeurs : 0 min à 600 min La valeur seuil indique le seuil de dessalement en pourcentage à l’intervalle (W+)-(W-) du module de dessalement commandé.
- Page 24 Module timer Si la pré-circulation est interrompue par la suppression du signal de libération, le temps de pré-circulation sera réinitialisé. Après rétablissement du signal de libération, le temps recommence à s’écouler. Démarrages pré-circulation précise le nombre de redémarrages possibles de la pré-circulation. Si le nombre de démarrages est dépassé, le dosage de biocide est abandonné...
