START UP

By pressing the start-up button (3), the wash pumps and conveying bar will begin operating. Rinsling takes place automa-
tically as the baskets are conveyed along.

CONVEYING INTERRUPTION

If required, the conveying bar movement can be interrupted by setting the selector (7) in the STOP position.

MOTOR CONTROL LAMP

Any malfunction of the motors located insidethe dishwasher will cause the indicator (2) to light up.

WASHING

Before putting the tableware in the dishwasher, remove any solid or oily residues. Failure to do so not only results in an
increase in detergent consumption, but also notably jeoparadises the quality of the wash. If the tableware has been witing
a long time to be washed, it will first to be soaked.
After having arranged the tableware in the basket, push the basket toward the entrace of the machine. The conveying bar
will automatically make it advance. Do not open the door rapidly when the machine is operating.

END-TRAVEL SAFETY PROVISION

When the baskets are not removed, they continue onward until they contact the end-travel microswitch which automati-
cally stops the bar movement and turns off the rinse water. When the microswitch interrupts the conveying bar movement,
turn off the machine before removing the cause of the stoppage.

TURNING OFF THE MACHINE

To turn off the machine, whenever required or when the work has been completed, press button (2) located on the control
panel.
ATTENTION
THE "RED BUTTON" (11)MUST ONLY BE PRESSED TO TURN PFF THE MACHINE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY

DAILY MAINTENANCE

CLEANING

At theend of the day's work, carry out the following operations: Put the switch (A) in the STOP position to stop the machi-
ne, and then turn off the power, water and steam supplies.
Open the door and remove the "overflow" tube to drain the tube. When the tube is empty, clean it thoroughly.
Remove and clean the filters. With the steamcondensate machines, remove and clean the filter. In order to avoid burns
and skin irritation, do not put naked hands in hot cleaning water with detergent. If you happen to do so, rinse your hands
off immediately under lots of running water. When you have completed these operations, put all the components back in
their original locations and leave the door open in order to avoid umpleasant odours forming. Do not use corrosive sub-
stances, such as calcium hypochloride (chlorox,etc.), acids (such as hypochloric acid) or steel wool or steel brushes to
clean the inside and outside parts of the machine.
In order to keep the machine in good running order, any hard-water deposits (calcium and magnesium carbonates, etc.)
should be periodically removed by qualified professionals.
