and clean the machine after fi lling the fuel tank.
• Do not inhale fumes from petrol.
Electricity
• Do not touch the generator if you have wet hands
• Do not operate the generator in wet conditions.
• Do not operate the generator near water.
• Never connect two generators together.
• Never connect the generator to any commercial
power outlet.
• Make sure any extension cords used are in a safe
condition and of suffi cient capacity for the task.
• Ensure that the load on the generator falls within its
capacity as specifi ed in the table before plugging in
any cords.
To prevent an electric shock, make sure to ground
the generator. Connect a piece of cable between
the ground terminal on the generator and an exter-
nal ground point.
Fire and burn hazards
• The exhaust system gets hot enough to ignite some
materials:
- keep the generator at least 1 meter away from
buildings and other equipment during operation.
- keep fl ammable materials away from the genera-
tor.
• The exhaust becomes very hot during operations
and remains hot for a while after stopping the en-
gine:
- Let the engine cool before storing the generator
indoors.
- Do not touch the hot exhaust with your hands.
• Gasoline is extremely fl ammable and is explosive
under certain conditions. Do not smoke or allow
fl ames or sparks where the generator is refueled or
where gasoline is stored.
• Fuel vapors are extremely fl ammable and may ig-
nite after the engine has started. Make sure that any
spilled fuel has been wiped up before starting the
generator.
3. USE
BEFORE STARTING THE GENERATOR
Fill and check oil level (quantity is 0,6 L)
• Always check the oil level (with machine in a level
position) before starting and if the engine unexpect-
edly stops (fi g. 2).
• The generator has a low oil sensor and may cut
out or fail to start if the oil level is too low. Stop the
engine immediately when the oil warning light (3) is
on.
For general use you can use an «al temperature» oil

≤ 0 ºC
SAE#10
0 ºC - 25 ºC
SAE#20
25 ºC - 35 ºC
SAE#30
≥ 35 ºC

Fill and check fuel level
• Use unleaded fuel only (octane level 92 and more)
• Remove any power cords
• Turn power switches off
• Do not overfi ll – leave air gap at top of fuel level
• Always screw down fuel cap
• Clean up any spilled fuel
• Do not smoke while operating the generator
Always use caution!
Starting the generator
1. Turn on fuel tap (17).
2. Turn on engine switch (4).
3. Move choke lever (15) to closed position (to restart
a warm engine, leave the choke lever in open or
half-open position).
4. Pull slowly on the starter cord until it engages, then
pull sharply to start the engine (16).
5. Allow the engine to run until it warms up, and then
move the choke lever to the open position (15).
6. Plug in the power cord and switch the AC-switch
to «ON» (6).
Stopping the generator
1. Turn AC-switch to «OFF» (6)
2. Unplug all cords (11)
3. Turn engine switch to «OFF» (4)
4. Turn off fuel tap (17)
The generator is equipped with DC output (12 V / 8,3 A)
that allows to charge batteries through the cable sup-
plied. Observe polarity (red lead to +, black lead to -).
