Solution
Check the printer selection on the Connectivity settings page.

Ensure that the printer is turned on and set up properly. See the
printer manufacturer's instructions, if necessary.
Lower the pole to lower the ultrasound system.
Avoid placing or hanging heavy objects on the stand. Too much
weight can cause the stand to become less stable.
