5. Installation
5.1. Checks
Check that the Cobra air gun and the power unit possibly included in the supply are
undamaged and that you have received the correct version.
Check that the data on the packing slip corresponds with the data shown on the product
received.
Check that the voltage shown on the rating plate corresponds with the mains voltage.
If you have any problems and/or in the case of ambiguity:
Please contact Simco-Ion or your regional agent.
5.2. Installation
5.2.1. Power unit mounting
Warning:
Electrical installation shall be carried out by a skilled electrical engineer.
When carrying out work on the equipment: de-energise the equipment.

Position / fit the power unit in the position you like, provided the switch and neon lamp are
properly accessible and visible.

Attach the power unit using the fixing holes in the base plate.

Lay the connection cable to the (mains) voltage connection.

Connect the connection cable or fit a plug.
Important:
Make sure that the equipment is properly earthed. Earthing is needed to ensure proper
operation and to avoid electrical shocks upon contact.
