5. Installation

5.1. Checks

 Check that the Cobra air gun and the power unit possibly included in the supply are
undamaged and that you have received the correct version.
 Check that the data on the packing slip corresponds with the data shown on the product
received.
 Check that the voltage shown on the rating plate corresponds with the mains voltage.
If you have any problems and/or in the case of ambiguity:
Please contact Simco-Ion or your regional agent.
5.2. Installation

5.2.1. Power unit mounting

Warning:
 Electrical installation shall be carried out by a skilled electrical engineer.
 When carrying out work on the equipment: de-energise the equipment.
- Position / fit the power unit in the position you like, provided the switch and neon lamp are
properly accessible and visible.
- Attach the power unit using the fixing holes in the base plate.
- Lay the connection cable to the (mains) voltage connection.
- Connect the connection cable or fit a plug.

Important:
 Make sure that the equipment is properly earthed. Earthing is needed to ensure proper
operation and to avoid electrical shocks upon contact.
