Safety Notes
Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
 This manual belongs to the product. It contains important notes on operating
the unit. Please pass it on along with the unit if it is handed over to a third
party!
 Dispose of the packaging materials carefully; the plastic bags may become a
deadly toy for children.
 Keep the unit out of the reach of children. It is not a toy.
 Check the Products for damage before every use!

The electric rope hoist is exclusively used for lifting and lowering freely-
movable loads up to the specified max. loads.
 The electric cable host is designed for operation in altitudes of up to 2000 m
above sea level.
 The electric cable hoist must be protected with a 10 A fuse or with a 10 A
automatic circuit breaker.
 The useful life of the electric cable hoist is above 8000 cycles of operation
(except wearing parts). After 8000 cycles of operation all parts of then hoist
must be inspected and maintained if necessary.
 Avoid excessive inching.
 Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the unit.
 Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
 Never stand or work beneath a raised load.
 Do not use the cable hoist in the rain and do not expose the housing to direct
sunlight in order to avoid overheating and activating the temperature fuse.
 Do not use the unit in damp or wet environments or in the vicinity of
combustible fluids or gases.
 Do not overload the cable hoist. Only use the cable hoist up to its maximum
load capacity. Any load details on the lifting hook are for its maximum load
capacity not for the cable hoist!
