What does BMI mean?
The Body Mass Index (BMI) is used to
assess a person's weight. It indicates
whether a person is of normal weight (ok),
overweight (high) or underweight (low).
The Body Mass Index (BMI) is the quotient
of your weight (kg) and the square of your
height (m). The unit of the BMI is kg/m². The
BMI is only a rough indicator.
