Before carrying out any installation, please read the following
instructions carefully to ensure your safety and prevent dama-
ge to the product.

• Ensure that the voltage shown on the appliance corresponds
to that of your home electrical power supply.
• The power supply cable cannot be repaired or replaced: if da-
ES
maged, the whole appliance must be replaced.
• In case of abnormal odour or excessive noise, disconnect the
unit from the power supply and verify the cause. Contact the

shopkeeper.
• Connect the plugs to your electric power supply leaving a loop
in the cable below the electrical socket to prevent drops of wa-

ter running down the cable and into the power supply.
• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before car-
rying out any maintenance work.

• Do not connect the aquarium to the power supply before cor-
rectly completing all the installation procedures, including fil-

ling with water.
• The temperature of the liquid must not exceed 35° C.
• The pump must be completely submerged when working.

automatic safety breaker switch (or individual breaker plug)

This pump has been designed to recreate turbulence inside the

aquarium, in order to imitate the natural environment and
promote plants growth and fish health. It is especially helpful

in presence of marine corals, since turbulences promote their
food assimilation
BLUFLOW is easy and quick to install (2):
A) Fix the magnet to the glass wall of your aquarium;
B) Insert the pivot of the magnet into the hexagonal hole in the
rear part of the pump.
C) Make sure that the pump is completely submerged and adjust
its orientation as desired.
IMPORTANT: the magnetic base is to be used in glass of no more
than 8 mm thickness.
MAINTENANCE
BLUFLOW pump does not require any special maintenance. To
ensure a correct working it is just needed a regular cleaning.
Always disconnect the plug from the power supply before re-
moving the pump from the water or carrying out any mainte-
nance. Remove the pump cover from the body of the motor.
Take out the rotor and clean it with a soft brush and warm water
(DO NOT use detergents or abrasives). Reassemble the pump.
Clean the pump at least once a month. Depending on the wa-
ter conditions a more frequent cleaning might be necessary
WARRANTY
Ferplast guarantees the BLUFLOW filter and all of its compo-
nents and accessories within the limits illustrated in the present
clause and by the provisions of applicable law. The warranty is
valid only for manufacturing defects and includes the repairs
or replacement at no cost. The warranty is not valid for damage
and/or defects caused by neglect, wear, use not conforming to
the indications and warnings reported in this manual, acciden-
ts, mishandling, misuse, inappropriate repairs, and sales not ac-
companied by a sales receipt. The sponges, seals and filtration
materials are excluded from the warranty.
