To ensure long motor life, the Solis Citrus Press Pro is fitted with thermal overload protection sensors.
If juicing large amounts of fruit in a short period of time the protection may operate to ensure that no damage is
done to the motor. The sensors will automatically reset in 3–4 hours when the machine has fully cooled down.

Purchasing and storage of fruit and vegetables
• Always use fresh fruit for juicing.
• Select fruit with firm, smooth skins and free of blemishes.
• Valencia oranges are ideal for juicing.
• Select medium sized grapefruits, lemons and limes for easier juicing.
• Other citrus fruits such as mandarins, also known as tangerines, and pomelos
will yield very little juice.
• Citrus fruits can be stored at room temperature in a dry area.
• More juice is obtained from fruit stored at room temperature.
