of the manufacturer so that it cannot roll.

For safe lifting, put the product at a 90°
angle to the vehicle and under a suitable
lifting point (see vehicle manual).
3.
Put the handle in the lowering valve and
close the valve by turning the handle
clockwise until it resists.
4.
Put the handle in the pump arm and
pump with the handle until the saddle (3)
comes in contact with the vehicle.
5.
Check once again that the product is
correctly positioned.
6.
Pump with the handle until the load
reaches the required height.
IMPORTANT:
Keep a close eye on the vehicle when lifting.
The jack should move in towards the vehicle.
If not there is a risk that the vehicle can slip
down off the jack.
7.
Remove the handle from the pump arm,
otherwise there is a risk of personal injury.
8.
Block up the vehicle with pallet blocks or
the equivalent when working on or under
the vehicle.
LOWERING
1.
After finishing the work open the lowering
valve by slowly turning the handle in small
steps anticlockwise until the vehicle starts
to move down.
2.
When the vehicle is fully lowered down
open the lowering valve completely
(about a half turn) so that the lifting arm
(4) returns to its starting point.
MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT:
•
Maintenance and any repairs should be
carried out by qualified personnel and in
accordance with the instructions of the
manufacturer.
•
Do not use the product if any parts are
missing or damaged.
STORAGE
When the product is not in use the lifting arm
should be fully lowered and the handle should
be upright to protect the precision mechanism
from damage. Store the product horizontally
in a dry place. Make sure that the product
is maintained in its original condition.
Never modify the product in any way.
HYDRAULIC FLUID
Only use SAE10 hydraulic fluid. Recycle used
hydraulic fluid and any spillage in accordance
with local regulations.
CLEANING
Clean the jack when necessary. Do not use a
high-pressure jet.
LUBRICATION
Lubricate moving parts, such as the roller
bearings and screws for the lifting arm, the
lifting arm cylinder and pump arm every 3
months.
IMPORTANT:
Never lubricate the piston rods for the pump
and the lifting cylinder.
