GUARANTEE – 24 MONTHS
Claims under this guarantee are subject to the condition that you contact us Distronics Service
Centre and provide the following information:

Name and full address
•
Model & Serial Number
You will find this on the product label, which is glued to the wall of the refrigerator compartment
near the fruit and vegetable trays.

Receipt and / or purchase invoice and / or transport document confirming delivery of the
product to the customer
•
Name of Dealer
Conditions:
Techcompany reserves the right of refusal to perform its obligations in respect of the present
guarantee in the event that:
The product has been modified by in any way whilst under the warranty period by anyone other
than Distronics AG or its authorized service partner.
The product has damage caused by non-observance of the instructions in this manual, improper
handling or normal wear and tear.
The information or data indicated on the purchase and/or deliver documents relating to the
product have been changed or deleted by the customer following purchase or are missing at the
time of requesting assistance.
The guarantee excludes easily fragile parts such as glass, plastic or incandescent lamps

The Techcompany Service Centre will evaluate the process to apply, according to the default
witnessed on the product. If the product presents a serious defect, the Distronics Service Centre or
its service partner will proceed to replace the product entirely.
If the product is found not to be defective, the customer may be billed by Distronics Service Centre
for both the call-out charge and the transport charge.
