Preparing for use

Transport and storage
Please note the following when transporting the "Meeting" office caddy:
Check the packaging for damage if you have ordered the "Meeting" office caddy through
a retailer. Report any damage during shipment to the transportation services provider and
to the retailer from whom you purchased the "Meeting" office caddy.
Two people are required to carry the "Meeting" office caddy in its packaging.
If necessary, use a trolley to transport the caddy.
The handle makes it easy to push the "Meeting" office caddy around on its castors once
assembled.
During transport and when storing the product, do not knock, drop or otherwise apply force.
This can damage the "Meeting" office caddy.
During transport, do not expose the "Meeting" office caddy to moisture or extreme
temperatures, e.g. frost or heat.
Please note the following when storing the "Meeting" office caddy:
Store the "Meeting" office caddy in its original packaging for as long as possible.
If you no longer have the original packaging, keep the office caddy covered during storage.
Store the "Meeting" office caddy in a dry, enclosed space to protect it from moisture,
direct sunlight, dust and dirt.

The "Meeting" office caddy is assembled as follows:
1.
Place a cloth on a slightly raised surface and put the "Meeting" office caddy on top of it during
assembly. This prevents the office caddy from being damaged or scratched during the assem-
bly process.
2.
Unpack the components of the "Meeting" office caddy. Dispose of the packaging properly,
recycling it where possible.
3.
Place the "Meeting" office caddy on the cloth.
4.
Align one of the feet (no. 2) with the 4 tapped holes in the profile (no. 1) (see fig. 3).
5.
Align the second foot (no. 2) with the short side of the first foot (see fig. 3).
6.
Tighten the 4 grommets together with the 4 M10 screws (no. 4) using the larger of the
enclosed hex keys (no. 6).
Office Caddy Meeting
We recommend that the product is assembled by a qualified person,
such as your company's facility manager.
