7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INITIAL OPERATION

Installation
Attach the base support (1) at the desired height to a suitable steel pole with a diameter of at least
48 mm and a wall thickness of at least 4 mm. You might want to roughen the surface of the pole a
bit to add more friction between the baseplate and the pole. To fasten the baseplate use the clamp
(2), 2 bolts (3), M12 nuts, 12 mm spring washers and 12 mm washers.
Fasten the bolts with at least 70 Nm.
Repeat the process for the upper support (4). The distance between the upper and lower support
must be 420 mm (base to base) and both should face in the same direction.
Put the stabilizer (5) on the bolt of the upper support and secure it with a safety pin (6).
Put the support arm (7) on the bolt of the lower support and secure it with the big safety pin (8).
Insert the extension (9) into the support arm until it reaches the fixing hole (13).
Now attach the stabilizer to the support arm by using a bolt (10), an M12 nut, a 12 mm spring
washer and a regular 12 mm washer.
Attach the bolt (11) to the end of the support arm extension as a stopper. This will keep the hoist
from slipping off the support arm.
